Hotel La Heid des Pairs 
Relax in the romantic Hotel La Heid des Pairs in Spa. It was built as a nobleman's mansion in 1837, on a peaceful green location just outside Spa. Enjoy the swimming pool in summer.
The hotel offers luxurious and spacious rooms, some of which have private balconies.
There is a beautifully tended garden with a sunny terrace. You can use the outdoor swimming pool in summer, and a sit in the cosy salon with log fire in winter.
A light breakfast of fresh Belgian breads, cheeses and preserves is included in the room price and served by the owners. The extensive "Gourmands breakfast" is served at a small extra charge.
The Thermal baths of Spa, the Casino, museums and restaurants are only 3 minutes by car. The Francorchamps Formula-1 racetrack is only 15 minutes from the hotel.
At Hotel La Heid des Pairs, parking is free to guests within the hotel's secluded garden.

The area is a haven for nature lovers, racing- and motorsports fans, ATB drivers as well as for golfers and hikers!
The new Wellnes Centre and the cosy town centre of Spa are only 5 minutes from the hotel. The Francorchamps racetrack lies at 8 kms from the hotel (all the fun but not the noise!).
The Royal Golf Club des Fagnes is at 15 minutes and the Five Nations (Durbuy) at 45 minutes from the hotel.
The famous GR5 hiking route almost passes by the front door of the hotel, as well as numerous other, beautiful and signposted routes for hikers as well as for ATB's.
The beautiful Ardennois towns of Durbuy, La Roche, Malmédy and Coo can all easily be reached within the hour.

Cancellation conditions
If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 29.00 per stay for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
